- the Coral Towers from only $109 a night ( a 300 sq. ft. room for about $193 a night with taxes and fees);
- the Harborside at Atlantis for $270 a night (a 558 sq. ft. room for about $363 a night with taxes and fees);
- the Royal Towers from $303 a night (a 400 sq ft. room for about $422 a night with taxes and fees);
- the Reef at Atlantis from $430 a night (a 523 sq. ft. room for about $574 a night with taxes and fees); or
- the Cove at Atlantis for $565 a night (a 672 sq. ft. to 784 sq. ft. room for about $734 a night with taxes and fees).
To get the Atlantis Winter Sale rates you have to book a two night minimum stay. Additionally, when you book four nights or more Atlantis will throw in a $250 airfare credit (you must book airfare through the Atlantis website to get the credit). You will also get free breakfast for two each day at Murray’s Deli, Olives or the Café in the Great Hall of Waters. If you stay at the Cove at Atlantis you can add Mosaic to your list of breakfast choices.
These Atlantis sales are very tricky. Atlantis adds so many dollars in taxes and fees to the advertised room rates–$84 a night taxes and fees on a $109 rate is questionable at best—that you need to carefully parse through fine print to see if it makes sense for you. If you can take advantage of the $250 airfare credit and the free breakfast, we are probably talking a decent deal. For visits of at least four nights you should probably take advantage of the great deals on one bedroom villas at Harborside at Atlantis. The deals at the Harborside at Atlantis are laid out in my article “One Bedroom Villas at Harborside at Atlantis From $139 a Night”.

The Atlantis Resort is Awesome!
Anyone who has been there knows the Atlantis is unique and cool. Do you know of another resort where you can climb a swinging bridge over a pool of hammerhead sharks? How about a place where you can watch daily nurse shark feedings a few steps from the pool? Or spend hours strolling through one of the most impressive man made marine habitats in the world? The Atlantis has them all. Add in a world class casino, a terrific golf course, fine dining and entertainment and you have a world class resort.
All of these wonderful features come at a steep price. The Atlantis ain’t cheap. Even the meal plans are expensive from $85 to $129 per person, per day. And, frankly, they don’t provide much value. So how can you get a great deal at Atlantis? The two best ways are staying at the Harborside at Atlantis (longer stays only) as detailed in my article or stay at the Comfort Suites across the street.
The Beauty of the Comfort Suites Paradise Island from $83 a Night
The great thing about the Comfort Suites Paradise Island is that you get all of the benefits of staying at the Atlantis—without the outrageous price tag. As a guest of the Comfort Suites Paradise Island, which is located just across the street from the Atlantis, you can take full advantage of all of the Atlantis’ facilities (including the pool, slides, lazy river, etc.). Right now mid-November rooms are as little as $83 a night at the Comfort Suites Paradise Island. See my article Full Access to Atlantis for $83 a Night
